Arizona State Fair 2010 starts on Oct. 15 and runs through Nov. 7. Thursday admission is just $1 all day. This year the Fair will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but there are ways to save every day that the fair is open.
The public can park for just $5 in the Fair’s 20th Avenue parking lot, located on the southwest corner of 20th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard.
Anyone who shows a Phoenix Zoo receipt at any fair admission gate will receive one free child fair admission with paid adult fair admission.
The Season Pass this year permits unlimited admission for one low price. Season Pass holders receive 18 days admission for $18.
Wednesdays are “We Care Wednesdays,” which means free admission from 12 noon to 6 p.m. for the public with a donation to the Arizona Stand Down organization, which benefits the state’s homeless veterans.
From noon to 1 p.m. Thursdays, the fair is offering free admission. It is also Unlimited Ride Wristband Day on Thursdays with ride wristbands costing $25. Wristbands will be sold until 9 p.m. and honored until 11 p.m. A separate admission is required. Stop by any Cricket Wireless store in the Valley or in Tucson and pick up a coupon to get $5 off the $25 unlimited ride wristband.
