 Aston Martin Cygnet Concept

The British manufacturer Aston Martin has announced first details of the mini-compact Cygnet, the little car inspired by Toyota iQ. The first teasers about Cygnet were let out in the end of June, when the company CEO has spoken about it with great inspiration saying that the mini-car allows “intelligent and sensitive mobility on an exclusive and innovative level”.
While Cygnet is still in production, Aston Martin already unveils first images of it where the company’s features are clearly shown in rear lights, door handles and new grille. The automaker has not announced details about the power train, but it is most likely going to be a 1.3-liter engine with four cylinders. According to the pictures the interior is trimmed in unique colors and is equipped with high-tech features.
Cygnet will be sold though Aston Martin dealerships sometime in 2010. At first it will be introduced to Aston Martin owners, and then it goes to all customers in the United Kingdom and Europe. It is possible that the car will be sold all over the world; however, there have been no confirmation on this matter so far.
