Bar Hop the Baltimore Marathon

For runners, the Baltimore Marathon is a chance to smash a previous 26.2-mile record. For non-runners, a handy guide to bars along the race route will be handy.

While friends and family race--or after the runners have finished--enjoy a pub crawl in downtown Baltimore. Follow the race course from starting line (Pickles Pub, open at 6am) to finish (Charles Village Pub at mile 23).

You'll need food to go with the beer and the handy McRib Locator will help you track down the nearest McDonald's serving the popular sandwich.

After 16 years, the McRib has returned nationwide for a limited six-week period. Indulge in the barbecue pork on a bun before continuing the bar hopping.
