RANDOM SNAP, ASTON MARTIN DB5 SHOOTING BRAKe

What would James Bond use to lug his 'Q' supplied leisure gear around on a rare weekend off from killing bad guys? Easy, the DB5 Shooting Brake! David Brown (the man behind the DB moniker) found the standard DB5 too cramped to lug his dogs and hunting gear around, so he asked Aston Martin to make him an estate version for his personal use. Too busy creating the production car, Aston commissioned Harold Radford coachworks to modify a standard DB5 Vantage to David's requirements. Aston's discerning customers got wind of David's 'one off' and 12 cars were produced in all. Making the DB5 Shooting Brake one of the rarest production estate cars in the world and inspiring Aston Martin to produce very limited numbers of Shooting Brakes in all of it's preceding models ...
